  • Maintains an immaculately clean restaurant during each shift in compliance with Cane s standards, as well as local, state and federal standards.
  • Actively manages cleaning checklist, and keeps counter, dining room, and kitchen clean at all times.


  • Insures that all safety rules are followed and HazCom and MSDS are updated and properly
  • located in store and are adhered to every shift.


  • Follows proper sanitation and food safety procedures at all times.
  • Always demonstrates good personal hygiene and insures that crew members do the same.


  • Adheres to all of Raising Cane s Risk Management and Security Procedures


  • Has fun while working hard. Has positive attitude at work.
  • Is responsible for insuring that crew members provide friendly, and enthusiastic service.

  • Assistant Manager s must be able to stand for long periods and be quick on their feet for lengthily periods, be flexible and mobile and must also be able to pick up a minimum of 50 lbs
  • For applicants 18 years old or older, employment is contingent on passing a background check


Minimum 1 year food service or related experience. Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
